We are very well aware of the high value, not just economic but also sentimental, of the items that customers send to AiGrading. To ensure the highest levels of safety and protection of all the products to be graded, we supervise every phase of the process.
When we receive the items, we verify all orders in our database and we accurately organize all the products to ensure efficient forwarding to the grading department. All collectible items undergo our quality assurance examination, which brings them to the packaging department first and then to the shipping department, in a process always transparent for the customer.
